Great product! Great flavor! I drink one after every meal and it helps keep my blood sugar stable. I have well controlled Type 2 Diabetes and this product is really helpful. Highly recommend Good Idea drinks!!!
I have only tried this flavor, but I intend to try the others. I'm fairly impressed with your product. I can't say if it has lowered my blood sugar numbers (I don't have a glucometer...yet). But, I don't feel as bad, after eating a meal, as I would without it.

I really enjoy having a nice cold refreshing flavored drink as being a diabetic. It's not easy with all the sugar and additivesthat's out there nowadays. These waters really fit the bill. They're light refreshing and I can't wait. I'll be stocking up for the summer.
