I have tried the lemon and the black currant flavors and find both pleasing to the palate. More importantly Good Idea does what it promises controlling my post meal sugar spikes! As a Type II diabetic I have seen a drop in my GMI numbers (Libre3) from a 6.3% to 6.0% in the past 30 days since I started drinking a Good Idea with my higher carb meals.
