I am 82 years old and I love Good Idea I am a type 2 diabetic my a1c was 7.0 But that was before drinking Good Idea my A1C was tested sunday and I am 5.6 A1C I drink one can 1/2 before breakfast and finish while eating. The same for lunch and dinner and at night watching TV. So about 3 or 4 cans a day. I tell everyone to order I know a lot of diabetics. This is the best thing since butter and jelly. I dont know how it works I just know it works. When I was out of Good Idea for 3 days waiting for delivery my glucose had higher spikes with out it . I will always order Good Idea. I love it. i think Good Idea might be the best supplemennt for Diabetes 2 on the market....i have experimented with 2 orders of 12 can Wild Rasberry flavored and an now comitting to a subscribtion for the 60 can bundle.... the price is much better and i wish i could substitute for the lemon flavor....i am not fond of any flavored seltzers and not really happy with the flavor of Good Idea....i have a not from concentrate blueberry juice that is really special and i find that mixing it with a 60% Good Idea selter and a 40% blueberry juice is rally a satifying flavor blend and does not have a negative affect on the benefits of your Good Idea selter....i am pretty much sold on using this blend for 1 to 2 meals daily!....wish i could subsitute 2 additional 6 packs of different flavors for the lemon with my subscription!
