The taste is enjoyable. I haven't been drinking it regularly so I can't share any feelings or knowledge on the ability to level my blood sugar. Today is my first day that I'm committing to drink one of the flavors at each meal.

Great company Ships as promised. I usually don’t like flavored carbonated water but this has a good flavor. I can’t drink a lot of water but this makes it a lot easier
Light flavor & it really helps my hypoglycemia
I use the product as instructed, with the expectation that by doing so, my blood sugar will not spike after the meal. That is not my experience. My meals consist of low carbs and plenty of greens. My portion control varies. no desserts. The spikes do not last long, barely an hour but a spike is a spike.
Finally found a drink that tastes amazing and has those perfect light bubbles. Smooth, refreshing, and instantly a favorite.

It is very refreshing and I enjoy drinking with a meal. Being type 2 water is our best friend but having the good idea drink makes it feel normal to have a drink with dinner, and not to mention the benefits behind this drink. It stabilize my blood sugar and my A1c has improved to a better number. Im a customer.

I love the concept and the packaging is nice but ultimately it’s about taste as well and I was a bit disappointed. I wanted it to taste something similar to Celsius but it mainly just taste like sparkling water with a squeeze of strawberry .
