When will my order be delivered?

Orders will arrive within 2-7 business days after your order is placed via regular ground Fedex/USPS,
unless we inform you otherwise on our website or by email. at this time, all shipments will be shipped
via ground shipping. we are not able to expedite shipping.

What if my package didn't arrive?

please note we are not responsible for errors in the order or the address provided which result in our
shipping company not being able to deliver the order.

Can I get free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping to continental US addresses when you spend $50 or more or
have a monthly auto-ship subscription. At this time we are not able to process sparkling water orders
shipping to puerto rico or anywhere outside of the US (including APO/FPO addresses).

Can I ship products to multiple addresses?

Yes, but you will need to place a separate order for each location.

What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or
cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact within 24 hours of
