When will my order be delivered?

Orders will arrive within 2-7 business days after your order is placed via regular ground FedEx/UPS, unless we inform you otherwise on our website or by email. At this time, all shipments will be shipped via ground shipping. We are not able to expedite shipping.

How do I track my order?

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped, provided you included an email address with your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please feel free to email us at hello@goodidea.us.

What if my package didn't arrive?

Please email us at hello@goodidea.us. We'll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, please note that we are not responsible for errors in the order or the address provided that prevent our shipping company from delivering the order.

Can I get free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping to continental US addresses when you spend $50 or more or have a monthly auto-ship subscription. At this time, we are not able to process orders shipping to Puerto Rico or anywhere outside of the US (including APO/FPO addresses).

Can I ship products to multiple addresses?

Yes, but you will need to place a separate order for each location.

What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we may not always be able to adjust or cancel your order in time. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@goodidea.us within 24 hours of placing it, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Damages & Refunds

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

Please email us at hello@goodidea.us with a photo of the damage, showing the cans are unusable, and we will ship your replacement product free of charge.
