I am 82 years old and I love Good Idea I am a type 2 diabetic my a1c was 7.0 But that was before drinking Good Idea my A1C was tested sunday and I am 5.6 A1C I drink one can 1/2 before breakfast and finish while eating. The same for lunch and dinner and at night watching TV. So about 3 or 4 cans a day. I tell everyone to order I know a lot of diabetics. This is the best thing since butter and jelly. i think Good Idea might be the best supplemennt for Diabetes 2 on the market....i have experimented with 2 orders of 12 can Wild Rasberry flavored and an now comitting to a subscribtion for the 60 can bundle.... the price is much better and i wish i could substitute for the lemon flavor....i am not fond of any flavored seltzers and not
really happy with the flavor of Good Idea....i have a not from concentrate blueberry juice that is really special and i find that mixing it with a 60% Good Idea selter and a 40% blueberry juice is rally a satifying flavor blend and does not have a negative affect on the benefits of your Good Idea selter....i am pretty much sold on using this blend for 1 to 2 meals daily!....wish i could subsitute 2 additional 6 packs of different flavors for the lemon with my subscription!

The first one I had was the berry. It was okay and worked as stated. I then tried the lemon which in my opinion the taste sucks. But again the product works as stated but you must get past the taste. You would think that they would taste a lot better than they do for the price of these things. They work on the blood sugar they just are not something I would reach for to quench my thirst.
I really enjoy drinking Good Idea with my meals. It helps me to not experience sugar spikes after eating. Would recommend to everyone who has the same issues.
I don't know what can improve this drink but it made my eyes feel horrible like I was drugged. It made me feel very uncomfortable after drinking half the can. I will not be making a second purchase and I wish I can return the other cans, and no I will not recommend this just to anyone.
I drink at least 2 cans a day, often more. Refreshing product and all flavors are good. I'm purchasing the same package monthly. Product is a bit pricey. Close to 2.70 a can by my calculations.
I ordered these for my son. He is diabetic and I would like for him to keep these on hand. He really likes them. I did do the subscription. My sister drinks these too and she really thinks they do help. So hopefully I can keep the subscription going.

This is delicious! I was afraid it would be a sweet nasty stevia taste but it is quite refreshing and Light !! I feel as if it is helping keep my sugars from spiking after meals, although I have not tested with a meter. I have energy after eating rather than feeling sluggish and heavy which is very nice!!!!!

I drink one with breakfast…keeping me full til lunch with no hunger and lowering BS at the same time. I also drink a second during the day…using it not just with meals!
It took me several weeks before I began to really enjoy the new found tastes of the drinks. I get the variety packs, not sure which is my favorite now!
