I love the Citron flavor! Good Idea has been very effective in helping me prevent blood sugar spikes after meals and return to my normal range quickly. I take metformin, and this drink has been a great addition to my daily routine. I never eat a meal without it! I hope Good Idea becomes available at Costco, Target, and Walmart, preferably in bulk. I also hope it becomes FSA/HSA eligible to help people with diabetes. Thank you for creating such a wonderful product!

so far I am finding your product to be very helpful as I missed flavored carbonated drinks and most “healthy” ones tasted awful . Yours taste great at least the ones Ive tried . Do they help w my blood sugar Idk but I feel they dont hurt . My only hesitation is they r expensive and I may not be able to drink them as I wish due to the cost so far Im fitting them into my budget as health is wealth .
Customer service has been a zero. I have made several attempts to call regarding my order and to express my concern that all of the cans are have these dents at the top of him, which I do not understand. I would not even take a can of a store shelf that had these kind of dents in them

It tastes good and really works! Wish I could afford to have it at every meal. Now I drink it at my largest meal of the day, usually lunch or dinner. I normally have it with dinner as it helps my blood sugar in the evening and over night.

As advertised. Lowered blood sugar spikes. I added stevia to sweeten because I am not really a sparkling water fan. On my second order.
Still researching and just started the regimen. I need time to assess the product. So far, good idea helps to keep the glucose levels at bay.
It works but I dislike the taste. And the others flavors are worse. I’ll keep drinking it because it really works well just hate drinking it b

I have only used it for a week or so and only at my dinner due to the cost. However, I have seen a my glucose readings being affected very positively. I have a Libre 3 Plus sensor and it shows my readings to be responding very positively when I do have dinner. I wish I could use it every meal but being able to use it for my main meal is great at this point. I hope to see continued positive response.
