It tastes good and really works! Wish I could afford to have it at every meal. Now I drink it at my largest meal of the day, usually lunch or dinner. I normally have it with dinner as it helps my blood sugar in the evening and over night.

I love Good Idea. Very refreshing; I look forward to drinking these when they're really cold.
I have only used it for a week or so and only at my dinner due to the cost. However, I have seen a my glucose readings being affected very positively. I have a Libre 3 Plus sensor and it shows my readings to be responding very positively when I do have dinner. I wish I could use it every meal but being able to use it for my main meal is great at this point. I hope to see continued positive response.

I have tried the lemon and the black currant flavors and find both pleasing to the palate. More importantly Good Idea does what it promises controlling my post meal sugar spikes! As a Type II diabetic I have seen a drop in my GMI numbers (Libre3) from a 6.3% to 6.0% in the past 30 days since I started drinking a Good Idea with my higher carb meals. I’ll be placing another order soon!
