Problem: High Blood
SugarSolution: Drink Good Idea & Cut Down Sugar
Result: A1c dropped to 5

My Story begins when I went to my doctor for my Well woman's regular yearly check-up. I was told that I was diabetic and my blood sugar glucose was very high(244 mg/dL). And my A1C (blood test that reflects your average blood glucose levels over the past 3 months) was at 9%. My Dr. said she was going to put me on Metformin. I actually told my doctor I cannot be diabetic and I did not want to be on Metformin or any diabetic medication. My Dr. explained to me why I was considered diabetic. I told her I would try to get my blood sugar down. She agreed to give me 3 months to try. I was determined to get it down. So I went to Hyvee and I was shopping for sugar-free foods and drinks. As I was looking in the drinks area I ran across Good Idea. After reading the labels on several other drinks, Good Idea said it will help sugar levels from spiking. So I drank a couple and I liked the taste. I continued to drink the Good Idea along with my meals alone and cut down on some of my sugar intake. During this time I monitored my own blood sugar levels and was increasingly satisfied each and every day with my blood sugar levels. After the 3 months was up I returned to my Dr. My doctor told me my A1c had dropped down to a 5. My doctor was surprised I was able to do it. I do believe drinking the good idea and also lowering my sugar intake did it for me.

Robert & Sarah

Problem: Sugar Spikes & High Cost for Insulin Pins
Solution: Drink Good Idea
Result: Helped Lower Blood Sugar Numbers

I heard from word of mouth that Good Idea could help cut sugar spikes. My wife Sarah is diabetic and struggles with her blood sugar, so I did some research online and saw that good idea had positive reviews. I talked to Sarah and decided to order some for her to try out.Sarah is a type 2 diabetic using insulin pins, she is not on metformin, but it has cost us hundreds of dollars for just a 3 month supply, thankfully the last change made by the government lowered the cost significantly, but it is still expensive. She tried Good Idea and liked it. She found it really helped with her blood sugar numbers, so we are sticking to it.

We share it with others and have shared it with our endocrinologist.

Q+A

How Does Good Idea Work?

When you drink Good Idea before and with your meal, it will help your body take care of the carbohydrates in your food more efficiently. The amino acids will prime your body for the food that is coming. At the same time, the chromium increases your sensitivity to insulin**, meaning that less is needed to push the energy from your food into the cells. The result is balanced blood sugar through a lower and slower blood sugar rise after eating. This effect is clinically proven in independent studies with healthy people.

How Does Good Idea Taste?

Good Idea tastes delicious. It is lightly carbonated, with fruity flavors from the Swedish forests. Food pairing was on our minds when we developed the mild and fresh range of flavors. They pair perfectly with everything from pizza and pasta to salads, sushi, burgers, or whatever is your favorite food.

When To Drink?

Many people enjoy Good Idea because it's a delicious sparkling water. But Good Idea’s natural position is on the dining table. Simply because its function is most important when you eat. It helps the body sustain energy from food more efficiently. It has its best effect when you take a few sips a few minutes before and drink the rest with your meal.
